What is TransEpi®?TransEpi® Technology is the first clinically proven patented bimodal matrix formulated to deliver fat soluble and water soluble ingredients deep into the epidermis. TransEpi® bimodal delivery separates ingredients intended to remain on the top of the skin from ingredients that penetrate the stratum corneum into the epidermis, unlike any other delivery technology which transports all ingredients through the skin (liposomes, niosomes, nano technologies). TransEpi® contains super potent anti-oxidants to combat ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species cumulatively known as oxidative stress) and provide anti-aging benefits. TransEpi® does not require irritating chemical enhancers for penetration, is nano-free, skin healthy and skin friendly.

Why would I need to use a Vitamin D Cream?TransEpi® technology delivers Vitamin D even when accompanied with sun blocking ingredients. Vitamin D production is reduced by 99% with SPF15, so most people are not getting enough from the sun. TransEpi® delivers the Vitamin D complex into the skin where it is needed at the cellular level (stem cells) while keeping “protective” ingredients on the top of the skin. Other reasons that you may not be getting enough Vitamin D: - Outdoor protective clothing. - Training outdoors early and later in the day when the skin’s exposure to UVA/UVB is low - Darker skin – People who have accumulated enough sun to darken their skin or with naturally high melanin (darker skin) need longer exposure to vitamin D for optimal absorption. - Food is not sufficient to provide adequate levels of Vitamin D. - Inadequate absorption from pills - those with too high and too low body fat or unable to metabolize fat in the stomach may be unable to absorb oral vitamin D, store and release activated vitamin D. - People living at more extreme latitudes (Northern Europe, Canada) have significantly less sun exposure.
